Marvel’s Spider-Man – The City that Never Sleeps – The Heist DLC Review

The first DLC, a part of the The City that Never Sleeps storyline for Marvel’s Spider-Man, has dropped just a little over a month after the game has released. The Heist, features a story in which Spider-Man needs to help Black Cat get out of a situation with the old school mafia and Hammerhead who have risen up to try and take back the streets of New York City. This scenario gets Spider-Man caught up yet again in a story of emotional issues with his former flame Black Cat, dealing damage to various mafioso goons, and even other side quests along the way. Let’s be honest, everyone wants a to tag along with Black Cat no matter the occasion.

Sunset Overdrive Review

Sunset Overdrive Review - Xbox ONE

It’s hard to describe this game as a whole, it’s as if Insomniac Games decided to mix several awesome games together and make an even ‘awesomer’ game. Welcome to the Awesomepocalypse, where we make up words and life isn’t nearly as boring. Sunset City has been taken over by some of the weirdest mutants of all time and the culprit behind it all? An energy drink. Sunset Overdrive combines some awesome gameplay mechanics, with an entertaining story, interesting art, and some awesome customization. It’s a game that takes away from other games, but still manages to hold it’s own and it stands tall.

FUSE Review

FUSE Xbox 360 PS3 Insomniac EA

Given the fonts and colors used to promote this game, you’d almost be reminded of HAZE, this is not a good thing. But look past that, because FUSE does what you’ve often wished games would do. It goes there. FUSE uses real life legends such as Area 51 underground bases and more to set the tone for a serious adventure that is parts Action, parts Shooter, and more.
