Grow Home Steam Review

Grow Home Ubisoft Review - by TecRev YT of GeekEssentials for RealGamerNewz 6

Gameplay

The gameplay in this game is all around decent. It’s very simple, yet surprisingly fun. The game environment resembles a grid, what I mean by this is that you’re constantly doing the same objective or trying to complete the goal. In Grow Home the object is to explore and help the ecosystem. To do this you harvest crystals, flowers, also make larger plants grow. When you’re doing this you must climb many as well as tall mountains and objects.

Assassin’s Creed Unity Review

Assassins_Creed_Unity_RooftopNavigation_watermarked_1415412391

I haven’t fully beaten an Assassin’s Creed game since the 2nd installment. I would lose interest in the game far too quickly for several reasons. This series hasn’t been able to captivate me since that title. Black Flag is a toss up, as I ran out of time to play it. Assassin’s Creed Unity is a somewhat different experience for me as I am able to play for hours on end without falling over due to boredom, so in that sense we are seeing improvement.

If you would have told me that a New IP was going to define next-generation, I would have agreed with you. But perhaps unexpectedly, Watch Dogs has managed to live up to the hype from both Sony and Ubisoft who have laid stake that very claim.

Child of Light Review

Child of Light RealGamerNewz Review

Get ready for a unique and original approach to the RPG genre which mixes and matches gameplay elements from side scrolling platformer titles of yesteryear with active and passive battle systems. Open world exploration with living, reactive environments takes place in a 2D Adventure aspect while battles take place in a timing-centric turn-based attack system. The game’s presentation is on point with crisp and fresh graphics being fed to the player constantly, a flared soundtrack comprised of high quality orchestral theme music, and rhyming limerick style dialogue that can be funny at times.

South Park: The Stick Of Truth Review

south-park-the-stick-of-truth-video-game

It’s been a while since we’ve seen a South Park licensed video game, and it’s said that the reason is the creators of the hit television comedy series wanted to get a video game developed that really represented and matched the experience of watching the show. I would say that such a decision has led up to a long wait on the gamer’s part and the result is even more pressure to succeed. South Park: The Stick Of Truth seemed to approach us with a gentle stream of marketing, and when the Gameplay was shown players were already believers.

Anno Online Review

Anno Online Screenshot

Anno Online is a free-to-play game supported by micro-transactions, but that being said it’s also a lot of fun for anybody who dreams of creating their own civilization and running it. Anno Online is based on the real-time-strategy franchise Anno (also known as Dawn of Discovery) including Anno 2070 which gave players the choice to run things with the mindset of a CEO, the mindset of a spiritual leader, or even better the mindset of an artificial intelligence.
