The Weaponographist Review
Tasked with battling an ever-changing variety of enemy hordes room after room, The Weaponographist has players assuming the role of dungeoneer Doug McGrave who is seeking vengeance on a witch who has cursed his ability to hold on to goods or currency. Because of a refusal to aid a town in which the dungeon is overflowing with bad guys, this witch has given this main character a really raw deal. This means that each time a weapon is picked up it must be used until it’s no good then discarded.
May’s Mysteries Secret of Dragonville Review
If you are into puzzle and trivia games then continue reading because may’s mysteries secret of dragonville might just be for you. I honestly didn’t expect much from this game since it was more for kids. But quiet honestly i had a lot of fun. From an adult perspective the story is cheesy and too simple, but that is to be expected cause it is for children. But as an adult, I actually had fun with it!
The puzzles were very well laid out, varied and actually quite challenging especially if you don’t stroll through it in casual mode. The puzzles are many and they vary from item finds, to word problems, or even connecting the dots ( and believe me it is actually harder than it sounds) and trust me, theirs many more puzzles than that to solve some more difficult than others.
Over 9000 Zombies (Steam Early Access) Hands-On Preview
Build tons of turrets and stand your ground as zombie hordes attack wave by wave. Random populations of zombies are ever present as well. Day turns to night, and bullets turn to grenades, pistols turn to sub machine guns and assault rifles as battle turns to war against the undead.
Tango Fiesta Steam Hands-On PREview
Tango Fiesta is a game that takes you back to the days of Rambo III on the Sega Genesis, but with more of a focus on action rather than stealth. Immediately Tango Fiesta is fun as hell, and is meant to be played on the controller. For the testing purposes of this game, I used a standard PS4 DualShock 4 over the ControllerMAX (Aka CronusMAX) adapter (our review here), but you can use an Xbox 360 controller as well if you have one around.
10 Second Ninja Review
Hook up a controller or use the mouse and keyboard together in 10 Second Ninja for the Windows PC and Mac OS X operating systems. After a lengthy introduction of audio hearing what sounds like “blah, blah, blah” but is being typed out as dialogue explaining the backstory to this game (Nazi Robot Hitler has a Nazi Robot Army trying to take over the world, you know typical Saturday stuff!), Gameplay becomes fast-paced and unforgiving. From the start 10 Second Ninja is fun and although it is not pixelated like many games as of late the art design and style used here is actually a nice refreshing take on 2D Gaming with some hints and nods towards the older era seemingly featured here and there as well as chiptunes sometimes playing in the background of the game’s soundtrack.
