KickBeat comes from Zen Studios who have been famous for the Zen Pinball series as well as the Pinball FX series on both major consoles. Zen Studios has backed both of these series extremely well with bringing in new tables to be purchased as DLC as well as adding popular tables. KickBeat is a genre that has really been missing for a while its a rhythm kung fu game. With an extreme soundtrack and new moves surely a new contender in the rhythm genre.
Pinball FX2 was released on Xbox 360 way back in 2010 which makes it kind of ridiculous that new downloadable content is still being released for the game. The newest table is based off Telltale Gamesâ and Skyboundâs award winning The Walking Dead games at a cost of $2.99.
State of Decay may have been something you overlooked over on itâs release last year as an XBLA Exclusive, hell, even I did until late last year when it finally made its way to PC. State of Decay for Tristan was a 7.9, but this is the review of the DLC we missed out on. State of Decayâs first DLC is titled Breakdown, giving me what Iâve wanted for some time, sandbox mode. That was the original reason I skipped over the game, but in addition I also was waiting for the PC release as I preferred the comfort of my PC vs. the coldness of my sad, Xbox Live-less 360. This wasnât exactly a game I hadnât looked forward to and the wait did kill me, but it was well worth the wait especially with the DLC added in. I rarely consider DLC worth it in the long run, but I canât help but say it for this game.
Kinect Sports Rivals is RareWareâs newest attempt at trying to get players to set down a controller in favor of hopping on your feet and getting more involved in the action on screen. Is Kinect Sports Rivals a must have Kinect title? Short answer: not quite.

âRevelationsâ is a digital only story add-on for MercurySteamâs Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2. Towards the end of LoS2 it was revealed that Alucard, son of Dracula played a huge role in the events of LoS2. We learned of the plan he and his Father put in motion in order to put a stop to Satan and to also have his wish of being freed from his curse of immortality.
Bioshock Infinite has been out for a little over a year now. Now we finally have all the DLC in our hands, mainly the two episodes of Burial at Sea. The first thing you will notice after starting Constant C is its unique art style. This art style has been seen before, but unlike some of the art styles you see in platformers is not nearly as overused. The next thing you will probably notice is that the controls feel unique as well. Where most platformers feel sped up and like time runs this game has a slower movement system and allows you to enjoy your stay in the levels created by the developers. Constant C is a rich game, with well done level design even in a somewhat dead world. As the story takes place in a post-apocalyptic world.
Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 is a third-person action/adventure title from Mercurysteam and sequel to Lords of Shadow and Mirror of Fate. If you havenât played the previous games, or missed out on MoF, donât worry about feeling lost as the game will provide you with a length recap to catch up.
Based on the award-winning Fables comic books by Bill Willingham, The Wolf Among Us is a point-and-click episodic series from developer Telltale games. This dark and twisted take on fairy tale lore, stars Sheriff Bigby Wolf (formerly the Big Bad Wolf) whose job is to keep the citizens of Fabletown safe. When a fable (fairy tale character) is brutally murdered, it is up to Bigby found out who is responsible and why. The story of this prequel to the comic series will be told across 5 episodes. The first episode titled âFaithâ, started things off with a bang, and while there are a few missteps in episode two, it continues this trend. Note*: You must own episode one in order for you to be able to play this episode, as it counts as DLC.

Castle of Illusion is a remaster of sorts of the classic and successful Sega Genesis game of the same name. Now, based off the original title which I never got a chance to play but did watch some gameplay of online, there are some differences in major points even though that is not the purpose of this review. Charlie Murder is an interesting title right away from first glance. Itâs basically a heavy metal band experience. The catch is your band has to fight demonic beings such as zombies and even demons themselves using the power of hardcore metal. The Saints Row series started exclusively back in 2006 for the Xbox 360. Back then I was super hyped for another awesome looking sandbox / open-world game. Saints always had the âfun factorâ focus and an over-the-top theme that many have come to expect with each iteration. Now players take the role of the President of the United States of America and have to fight off aliens, robots, more aliens, and well, you get the picture. Dropping back into the interesting world of the Saints as they climb their way to the top, letâs see what Volition and Deep Silver have in store for us.
When 343 and Microsoft first announced a Halo game for your tablet/phone I was in between on my opinion. I really wanted to play Halo on my phone but was worried it might be a cash in at the same time. After playing some good hours in it I can finally have a true idea of what I like and dislike about this title.

Microsoftâs new zombie game State of Decay developed by Undead Labs for 360 and on PC. But at the moment this new IP has hit the Xbox Live Arcade. State of Decay is a zombie game where survival and strategy does matter. You either live or you die itâs simple.
Far Cry 3 takes place on a South Pacific archipelago which is somewhere in the world, with players taking the role of Jason Brody a normal college graduate who goes on vacation with his two brothers, his girlfriend, and his friends. The vacation quickly turns bad as he and his friends are captured by slavers. After escaping the a drug-crazed slaver named Vaas who kills his older brother grant, Jason must quickly turn from frightened tourist into a one-man army, fighting to rescue his friends. Along the way Jason meets various locals of the islands all of which were memorable characters and every person you meet feels like a real person with actual motivations and reasons for what they do.
BioShock Infinite returns into the hands of itâs original creator Irrational games. They made one of the highest rated games of all time for the Xbox 360 back in oh hmm 2007. It was a marvel of wonders as to this date remains one of my favorite games. The question here is how does BioShock Infinite stand up to the first one or is it even worth the while for all these delays.
Halo 4 the game itself didnât conclude and is still growing strong with the new handlers 343. Now the final episode of Season 1 of Spartan Ops came out yesterday and it was surprising what they did now I wont go into spoilers on this but will give points on whatâs good with Spartan ops and how to make season 2 and possibly 3 better and if they continue it into Halo 5.
Frostbite 2 engine that sums this game up this game a lot. I also asked a veteran in the military if this was a realistic experience, and he said not by a long shot.
Multiplayer: The variety of big maps and team tactical combat is unmatched in this modern day FPS. You have to help your team out in a lot of ways in this game, by reviving and storming in. picking up so many options it feels real the style and the stamina while running is perfectly ligate. Knifing is definitely the most realistic kill in the game as it isnât some stupid swing across the view, you must go up and stab your enemy. It makes you feel like a solider at some points with the recoil and aiming and destructible environment.
Co-op: The work of the two players is vital if one player goes away it is very difficult as it depends on straight up working together. The story in takes place around the campaign in areas you may have or not seen but it takes place as an alternative as you stop them from nuking Paris at the end of it. But you must rely on each in co-op or you will fail that means talk to each other and plan ahead.
Campaign: The major area of this game for me as the main character is Sargent Blackburn you are being court marshaled but first the military wants all the info they can get out of Blackburn, so he tells his story which spans over a year in this 5 hour campaign. You fight terrorist, Russians, Police, and even your own at a part of it. Most of the game you are trying to figure out what is going on in the world it all depends on the race against time to stop nukes from hitting major points which one nuke destroys Paris and you save New York city from the second one at the end maybe it will have a sequel cause of the ending and maybe the second nuke wasnât a threat who knows Battlefield 4 will come one day. But at the same time it fells like the story is like the improved Black Ops story
Graphics: PC the graphics are  great one the best or close up there with Crysis 2 on the PC as it looks as real as my own hand at times.PS3 the graphics seem to only reach highness on HD TV on any other its missing something. Xbox 360 you need two disc and download the HD content but its doesnât close to the PC version. The console graphics just look flat out muddy and rushed compared to what I played on the PC.
Final Verdict: Beautiful Graphics, some of the worst teamwork multiplayer Iâve ever seen, co-op where you have to work with your partner which can either be great or terrible, the campaign as a decent story its epic just a little too many cliffhangers and ugly looking graphics on consoles. I find this game to be one of the biggest disappointments of 2011. I award Battlefield 3 a 3.5 as it fell below the Call.
